What is Lookmylook ?
Lookmylook is an amateur contests site. The members are invited to create contests and upload images or text. The members can also vote positively or negatively the participations they want. The members can also leave comments.
Members
Visitors can consult different participations (images or texts) in contests. They can also read comments. However, only members can vote, comment and participate.
Registration
To join lookmylook, click on the "Registration" link in the top menu and fill the required fields.
Change your options
To modify your options, click on the top left "Options" link.
Contests
A lot of contests are already created. For example : "The most beautiful woman", "The funniest joke", "The most beautiful sand castle", etc. The contests are classified by categories for quick access.
Vote
To vote on a participation, click on the top or bottom arrow around the score. The top arrow increment the score and the bottom one decrement the score.
Participate
To add your participation in a contest, click on the participate link of a participation in the desired contest. If you have chosen an image contest, select the file to send and click the send button. If you havec chosen a textual contest, enter the text in the provided field and click on the send button.
Create a new contest
To create a new contest contest, go to the home page. In the left column, click on the "Create a new contest" link. Write the title and choose between a images or a texts contest. Click on the "Create" button and add your participation (image or text) as for an existing contest. Do not forget to check if the contest does not already exists.
Find a contest, a participation or a member
To find a contest, a participation or a member, enter one or more keywords in the top left search field and then click on the "GO!" button.
Manage your participations
To manage your participations, click on your username (at the top left of the page). Take note that the "Delete" button can be use to delete one of your participation.
